Over the river Lethe, halfway to death is a town. In this town are various lost souls who all escaped death through some method or another. Sieg is one such soul, captain of the steamship, The S.S Red Carnation, a rickety thing of brass and steam. On it, he sails the river collecting memories to fuel his immortality.
