There are a few undeniable truths in the city of Felsia: Babies can only be caught from the rains every New Year, Father's knowledge is matched by his hunger alone, and The Ratchet of Horror punishes those that dare reproduce. Unluckily for Ald and all of his contemporaneous siblings, they were born just in time to see the baby rains stop.
