Sentenced to ten years for conspiracy to commit fraud, former attorney Jamie McKim is put on parole for good behavior. He leaves the compound only to find out that one of his old flames passed from this world, leaving him a ten-year-old daughter named Anna. He learns from a seer that Anna is not just any ordinary girl, but a cosmic incarnation of authority who can make any human obey her command - including her own father. Fortunately for Jamie, the option has yet to occur to the young, impressionable Anna.
