Author's Note 10/12/24: Things have sort of settled down in my life, so chapters should be a bit more regular. Not going to quite commit back to a normal schedule yet, because life loves to bend me over at every opportunity. Chapters will come as they get written, edited, and finalized. Cold, alone, and stranded on icy plains with a sea to the north, and mountains to the south, a lone man wanders. His journey is cut short by a blizzard, sapping the little strength he had after a day of trudging through knee deep snow. He falls, his second life cut short by impartial nature. It may have been his end, were it not for a chance encounter.  Inspired by Skyrim: A Reincarnator's Journey. I popped ISpyEXP a message, the author of that story, and he was cool with me giving a shot at the system he outlined in his story. I have tweaked a few things with it, but the LitRPG side of things is pretty thin here. What To Expect Copious, brutal descriptions of melee combat and a fairly grim setting A clever, lawful neutral MC that tinges evil on occasion. A slow burn story that does not immediately tackle major plot points of the game. Creative liberties with certain bits of lore, nothing too major for the game plotline. Some politics, some intrigue. Some light kingdom building aspects as the story progresses. What NOT to expect Overt romance, harems, or any other degen non-sense. Massively over-powered MC. Pleasant and cheery interactions with the locals. Tons of LitRPG elements. They're there, but they are not the focus of the story.
