Everly Nara a 26-year-old, northern American women trying to find her way in life, lost and stuck on what she wants to do starts marking off her bucket list of things to do, first on the list 'visit Japan and see the temples and historic landmarks' after visiting the Chokou-ji Temple she gets separated from her tour guide with means to find a bathroom, stumbling upon a room with ancient artifacts an old grandfather clock catches her eye subtly ignoring the yellow caution tape she steps over it to see if the clock works placing a hand on the glass door she opens it to spin the hour hand from 12 to 12 again expecting to hear a ringing bell go off from inside the clock, but what actually happened within that moment would changed her life as she knew it
