After Ian has taken his life after having lost all he cherished, he did not expect his penance in the afterlife to be a rebirth into one of his favorite novels ever: *Where The Crows Scream*. The premise of it was simple. Just another story where the illegimate child of the duke must enter the Magic Academy for the protection against the assassins sent his way. The protagonist, named Ian, suffered through about anything. As he enters the Magic Academy, his life takes a new turn. He is surrounded by beautiful girls, he gains the respect of all professors at the school, and even becomes the dean's very first protégé. At the end, he takes the throne of the kingdom and marries all of his female friends after being unable to settle for just one. As my eyes slowly open and the scene of a classroom opens before me, everything inside me feels like it's turning into mush. The golden light coming through the windows, people in outfits I only know from the descriptions written on paper, a teacher speaking in a language I have a hard time understanding. My heart beats so hard and fast it must sound like a drum to others. Slowly, carefully, at a snail's pace, I turn my head to look at the window I'm sitting by. I can hear a distant crack of my hope shattering into million pieces when I see just an ordinary guy. Black hair, black eyes, round glasses, normal build and appearance. As if I'm a rusty machine, my neck creaks when I turn it back around to look at the rest of the people present inside of the classroom. All of them look... out of this world. Or, should I say, my world? People reminiscent of models inside of the magazines, beautifully shining eyes, hair colors in all sort of hues. I stand out like a sore thumb. Three things.1. I know I'm inside of the novel "Where The Crows Scream". 2. I'm a character I don't remember at all. 3. I'm not the main protagonist Ian. Whatever. I don't care. Hi there! Please call me CWM. I'm a newbie writer and it's been my life long dream to write a novel! I want to write at least one chapter a week. This story will have it all: drama, action, magic, romance, betrayal, revenge... everything! I'm sure it will turn out great, so please read it and be happy!
