Injured, armor severely damaged, and with no functioning equipment, this primaris infiltrator belonging to the Sons of the Phoenix must navigate the surface of a world that is being pulled into the warp, battling warp spawn with naught but his bare hands.  In the escalating terror, stranded marines must work together to reach their battle brothers, on a crusade to purge this cursed world.  The faithfulness and obstinacy of this successor chapter are exemplified by the struggles of these astartes, battling not only for their lives and the chapter’s goals, but for their sanity as well.
