Francis didn't want any part of this. All he wanted was to live out his mundane life in peace, free from any trials or tribulations.  Yet, without any warning or indication, he is whisked across the cosmos and forced to fight in a war that is not his own. Impossibly far from his family, his friends, and the life he once loved, Francis marches on. The Auldre is an incredibly ancient and powerful entity that, for seemingly petty reasons, is left to rot in an extradimensional prison. By accidentaly freeing the Auldre from his cosmic prison, Francis sets in motion events that threaten not only the peace he so longlingly desires, but the Cosmic Order that allows for the notion of peace to exist. I thought I'd try my hand at LitRPG, with a slight twist. Don't be shy, criticize. Don't be afraid to give me suggestions and point out typos/plot holes.
