Synopsis
When Gloria found the corpse-like child in the woods, she had been perplexed. When the kid started making (polite) demands of her, she had been irritated. When the kid refused to leave, she became panicked. She wanted to be left alone, but she also didn't want to be the reason that the kid died. After grappling with her emotions, a storm forces her to finally make a decision. A decision that yanked her right back into a mess of the past that she thought and prayed that she was no longer a part of. Coming to terms with her fate, or at least the bare minimum, Gloria takes the kid into her cabin and under her wing. Once the kid is no longer a walking corpse, Gloria leans that the kid is a young girl named Monica, as well as the fact that she had recently been in contact with the one god who has kept appearing in the past century. All others had gone silent, and the only one left was the brutal god of law, Behther, and him willing appearing was almost never a good thing for a mortal. It would either end in a painful death, or blessing-curse hybrid with a mission in his name. Obviously, the girl was given the latter in the form of creation centric magic based on crystals, and the punishment for not completing her job would be the rest of her life in his service. Now she needed to figure out her abilities, and she needed a teacher. Gloria just happened to be the only who could actually teach her what she needed to know that she could track down. Only issue with her whole mission was... well, Monica wasn't actually told what it was. That's a god for you.
