The story of a slave named Heron. Set in pseudo Greco-Roman antiquity. With an emphasis on historical accuracy (at least the general life and experiences of slaves in the ancient world), this story is about a slave and his quest to obtain his freedom and the various obstacles that he faces while doing so and after. The MC will change over the course of the story and his attitudes and views towards others will adapt and grow. Lower scale, no great wars or revolutions, a more personal story about a small group of people.
