Toontowns are dangerous at the best of times, particularly for non-Toons, who can actually get hurt or killed by the mayhem and violence. But Happy Vale is a wholly different animal; on the coast of treacherous Machete Bay, and surrounded by an ancient and cursed mountain range, Happy Vale is full of monsters, malice, and machinations. Even Toons have to be tough just to live in the Little Town That's Bigger on the Inside. When several strangers, brought together by happenstance, come across some of the many conspiracies dwelling in the haunted Toontown, secrets and slapstick face them in equal measure. But the town has dangers that even the most all-seeing of eyes know nothing about. No matter how much you think you see the punchline coming, Happy Vale always gets the last laugh.
