Synopsis
They say that at the end of the world,
there is a place where tragedies and comedies are born...
Theatrum Fine Mundi is open again,
and all actors are asked onto the stage.
I repeat, all actors are asked onto the stage!
The Old Gods have come again,
to set their prying eyes on the foolish tale.
They see what you do, hear what you say,
and plan to lead you astray at every step.
Act one is about to begin,
of four fools who do not know their cruel fate.
And better make haste,
as the Kahin's sleep has come to an end...
To serve one's country and ruler, for the glory, for the thrill of battle, following the call or even as a way to repay a debt of gratitude. There are many reasons to become a soldier and it was no different for Phantom, a deofolic sorcerer who has served in High King Lucifer's army for a long time and who plans to do so for even more. Climbing up the ranks and following every order without question he gladly takes any task give to him, hoping that each and every will bring him closer to the oh so desired title and a rank of Erelim. And when the High King gives him a mission of an utmost importance he is more than ready to tackle it head on. Even when he is given an unusual task of gathering members of a new found team which he takes the leads of, Phantom is more than sure of successful completion of the task.
There is but one, small problem to this all…
The team that was given to him seems to be some sort of a cruel joke!
Having to lead Samukai, a living samurai armor, who is more than ready to question his authority at every step, Noktum, a shadow and a young as well as prospering magician who is all too eager to study under his wing, and Fenfir, a kelhound that could have been mistaken for a mountain, is not something that he has agreed upon.
As they will travel around the entire world, and maybe more, cross weapons with mightiest and weirdest adversaries, and come face to face with madness, ancient secrets of the world will once again see the light of day, bringing forth ruin on the fools who shall stumble upon them. In all of that the team will have to ask itself a question most important of all.
Will they be able to carry out the mission without killing each other? That may not be an easy task after all.
And they better make haste,
as the Kahin's sleep has come to an end...
