Isaac is a jolly fellow on his way up the Jacinto lookout, one of four such places located at the four corners of the city of Hamburg. Unfortunately, he gets struck by lightning on the way up. He's mostly fine. But there does seem to be a problem with everyone else's eyesight, as no one can see him anymore. Odd, what's their deal?
