Arbiter Rhania Winstead arrives in a remote region on a mission of diplomacy, she inadvertently discovers Evil spreading its tendrils under the Sawtooth Mountains. She soon finds herself forced to trust a heretic who has pledged himself to the Dark Gods as she struggles to unite three disparate people against their common foe before it is too late.
