Bernard Ramblefoot, a young halfling, embarks on an adventure to the long-lost halfling homeland of Verdania, to answer the question...why did no one ever return to rebuild? This is a short story written to expand on details of my homebrew world of Tellaria; however, it requires no prior knowledge of the world and stands on its own.
