Ren Toda is a psychic prodigy from Earth, a world where his gift is an obscure but highly coveted power. Through a chance encounter with a mysterious man wielding the power to connect their worlds, Ren is thrown into the frigid alleyways of a dark land without a sky. The land he now roams is mankind's final sanctuary, a bastion against the horrors that lay beyond the oceans. Not long after entering this realm, Ren meets a native girl named Sorietta Nova. Though she is also a psychic, she never cared to study her power as she was more interested in the simple things. Things changed when a notorious hypnotist who lurks in the shadows claims her parents, converting them into bloodthirsty psychopaths who would soon turn everyone in the Indigo Peninsula against them. She and her sister return to the city of Bunk Bed, realizing only they can save their parents now. Under the guidance of Ren, Sorietta practices telekinesis and ESP with the hope to not only help save her parents, but eventually become a protector of her homeland and the people she loves.
