Alistair Moore was a trusting man.  Was. Having started a small successful construction company with a childhood friend, he was betrayed, and forced to sell to a larger firm.  With a pile of cash in hand, and a new distrust of people, Alistair buys a small abandoned gold mine outside Las Vegas.  Breaking rocks alone for a year or two sounded like the therapy he needed, that is until he broke through to another world.
