When Maruble, God of Fire, gets banished from Alta, he must prove he can live as a human to return home. But war is brewing in the godlands, and with Maruble’s banishment the center of political unrest, Alta is split into two sides: the Court of Balance and the Castle of Death. This is a story about the God of Fire, Maruble, but it is also a story about Death, Peace, and other gods caught in the conflict.  This story is complete, but it is undergoing editing with a focus on fixing plotholes, character voices, and a more consistent writing style and tone.
