Alma has been living in the same cabin for close to forty years. In that time she raised a family and became the local village's Granny. Every child that comes near is affectionately brought into her loving embrace and fed.  So it's no surprise when a pale green child is dropped off at her doorstep she doesn't hesitate to bathe them, feed them, and put them in new, warm clothes. The grown goblin she has now infantilized would have quite a bit to say on the matter if only they could.
