In the village of Drakulich, the dead are never truly at rest. The earth is soaked in the blood of innocents, and the stench of unearthed graves hangs thick in the air. By night, something dark and malevolent stirs beneath the soil, gnawing on bones and tearing open coffins. It hungers for the living, especially the young and the innocent. When the son of war veteran Kazimir vanishes, three men must descend into the heart of this cursed land, where folklore braided with madness blurs the line between the living and the dead.
