Synopsis
"A lie told often enough becomes the truth."
In the Frontier, a place where monsters roam and magic lives, Clint Abner, a con man pretending to be a Fabled [Gunslinger], stumbles headfirst into a deadly conspiracy that threatens to kill thousands.
His only means of preventing catastrophe rests within the lies and stories he spins, for if enough people fall for them, he can–through the power granted to him by the System–imbue their belief into mundane items, giving them supernatural powers and, and change his Identity, giving him access to powers hidden within other [Roles].
The Frontier is a strange land–a wild place yet to be tamed, filled with [Samuria], [Pirates], [Knights], and other warriors from across the world, all in search of the same things: fame, riches, and power.
Clint Abner is a stranger to the Frontier–a no-name mediocre criminal with nothing special about him. However, things won’t stay that way for long as he plans the largest job of life, one that’d make every newspaper in the Frontier if it goes off without a hitch.
Of course, it doesn’t. Nothing is ever simple, and when it comes to Clint Abner, nothing is ever as it seems.

This story was inspired by a quote I saw somewhere online that said something to the effect of that cowboys, samurai, ninjas, pirates, and knights all briefly existed during the same period of time, just on opposite sides of the world. I thought if, in some magical world, they all met, it’d be interesting, so I wrote a story about it. If you are also interested by that dubiously historical tidbit of information, this story is for you. If not, well, maybe it’s still the story for you; read a few chapters and find out.
