My continuation of the original season of the hit Anime FLCL. Taking place between the end of Episode 6 and the middle school scene. Haruko is gone, Canti is a dumb robot, half of Mabase is destroyed, the MM plant is akimbo and life returns to normal for Naota. Except his guitar is on another planet, the adults won’t leave him alone, and the blue Rickenbacker can’t help with his migraines. What’s a boy to do to get his head right? Except collect parts of robots to build a Vespa, learn to control his N0, learn Medical Mechanica’s secrets, wear some tacky eyebrows, and fight anyone who stands in his way. I wrote this while waiting for the Nov 2024 writathon.
