One night, with the rest of the world, I was taken from my home and transplanted somewhere new.  The interface came with a whisper, indiscriminately picking up children and adults alike, before shoving them into trials. Five days is all they get to prove themselves worthy and prepare themselves for integration. Death is a ladder. Climb it.  Hello! This is, in its simplest terms, a writing exercise. Something to throw myself--the author--into that can get me back into writing.  What should you expect?  A story about a good person getting tossed through the wringer. Jona will almost never be on top of the pecking order, instead bouncing around as he switches focus between things. While there will be adventure and conflict, this story will shift as it goes on.  The cover and synopsis will be updated soon, as I have written enough for an accurate description yet, and I don't have access to my drawing tablet. Placeholders, in other words. For now, I'll be updating this on M-W-F every week.
