Void is—proudly—the worlds most notorious supervillain, but their alter ego is just a lonely teenager living in a small, messy apartment. Their sidekick and roommate, Cimex is the only one who knows their secret identity. But when Void is down on their luck and evicted from their home, they might just have to ask Cole, their childhood best friend (who may or may not be a superhero named Glacier) to lend them a hand. Even though both supers will have to conceal their identities, Cole accepts. But one day, after a devastating betrayal, a fight between Void and Glacier breaks out, and Void is killed. Through dark magic and sacrifice, Cole brings Void back to life, but Void’s memories have been erased. Is Void destined to become a villain again, or will they rebuild their life with this second chance? A story about identity, and the difficulties of being human.
