What do you do when nothing in life works out? How do you make move forward when life itself keeps swiping your feet out from underneath you? What do you do when it seems that the universe itself is spitting in your face and destroys any progress you make? To our protagonist, the answer was simple: You just die, but you never give up. He plotted, planed, and prepared for anything and everything. From games to comics to more realistic options like eternal darkness. He did everything to make sure that death would not be the end. He will remember who he is, he will get the fair chance at life he deserves. It doesn't matter if what he is doing goes against God's will, he will persevere and he won't let anyone control how he lives. Not only had God been watching, but he was angry. They hated how often he called out their unfairness, they hated how ready he was to go against their will. But what they hated most was his declaration against death.  When our protagonist ended his life on his own terms, he found himself in the body of an infant. Oh if only it were that simple. Not only was he a child, but he was an orphan, and he's in a world named Hell. But hey! At least there's magic!
