Jimmy Byrne, a poor chicken farmer, has racked up considerable debt with the wrong kind of people. Desperate to make a lot of money in a short amount of time, Jimmy turns to his friend Scott O'Malley, an old friend that knows just where to go to make a quick buck. Jimmy is led into the world of underground gambling, where pretty much anything imaginable is done, and people from all walks of life come together in the hopes of getting rich.
