When Cressia Caravania, elven fencer and and former member of the famed Zantzar Blades, finds her mailbox stuffed with pleading letters to come to the royal court, she isn't quite sure what to expect. Prince Alvin Zantzar, a sheltered and soft pacifist, is in need of a fencing tutor. With the rest of the royal family either dead, missing or incapacitated, he's the only one left who can lead the Zantzar Armed Forces against the restless Orcs and Spirits who've terrorised his nation for the past year. As their initial lukewarm encounters wear off, the two suddenly begin to feel a warmth as they spend time with each other. Alvin is captivated by Cressia's fierce independence, while Cressia finds comfort in his soft heart and quiet strength as a big, royal softy.  Their budding romance will soon be put to the test, however, as the two find themselves facing the spirits that are closing in on an entire nation.
