Welcome to Luminus City! A city where heroes are born. A place where being a hero is an actual job. A city where heroes literally fight one another to be on the very top.  Being a hero was Philip's ultimate dream. At least, that's what he wanted to be when he was a child. Now 22, he realised that the city is corrupt. Heroes are greedy for money, civilians are losing trust and villains are ruling the city.  The only ones he could save this city are a military guy with a super power that can summon a weapon, a girl that has telekinesis, a 20 year old guy with electrokinetic ability and Philip himself.
