Synopsis
A tragic tale of love, ambition, and the cost of betrayal mainly set in the Ottoman Empire. Faust, an overthinking alchemist, and Faouzia, a passionate astronomer and arbormancer, share a troubled relationship marked by his need to analyze and control and her craving for trust and autonomy. Their bond fractures under the weight of Faust’s misguided attempts to "fix" their love.Faouzia’s cousin, Margaretta, falls in love with Mephistopheles, a devil masking his true nature. Faouzia betrays her to protect her from perceived danger, sincerity be damned. Margaretta’s love for Mephistopheles leads to her tragic execution, unleashing the devil’s wrath.
