Shane and his friends were on their way home from an anime convention when the System arrived. Unfortunately for them, they were on the road in the middle of a rainstorm. A road now filled with zombies, monsters, dungeons, and an anime character come to life. Piled on top of the dangers, Shane finds himself with a secondary class called a Fatebringer. He knows little about the class and is completely in the dark about the danger he and his friends are now in. Forces in the Shattered Realms are marshalling to either capture or kill the nascent Fatebringer. With their Fates unlocked but no understanding of what that truly means, the Fatebound seek to get home and create a refuge from the unending horrors the System has unleashed upon humanity. Will Shane and his friends become powerful enough to protect themselves or will they be trampled under the boots of those in the higher realms? **Authors Note** This is the beginning of my second novel. This is a separate universe from my first novel, System Glitch. This is an Apocalypse LitRPG that has the classic blue screens, levels, classes, loot, spells and skills.
