(Low grade dragons like baby dragons usually can't threathen anything above common cattle because while the repellent can reproduce the originator's smell, it can't produce the small of those that were around them at the time.) Also remember that it might attract some higher level beasts.)

First is the animal/beast repellent, created using the dragon grass,(Optional rubbing alcohol), and a base liquid.

Dragon grass that could be found in many different areas, its origin is nomadic dragons who left waste behind in a grassy field. Its characteristics are the smell of dragon that linger in small amounts.

The repellent is made in two forms lotion to be rubbed or spray to be spray or placed on their body.

The lotion should use water to get as close to neutral as possible.

The method is to give it water and drain it in order to make sure that it doesn't burn skin-- exceptions can be made for those with tough skin.

The making method is to ground the dragon grass and then use the neutralization process mentioned above.

Lastly mix it, use the lotion when you need it. For sprays,add in rubbing alcohol at the very end before usage.

Now for the first foundational lesson. the usage of spell inscribed ingredients.

Liquids could be enchanted with a spell if one chooses to inscribe spells in disolvable edible ingredients.

If one would to infuse energy(It could be mana, other types of energy are up for debate) into a edible liquid, that is conductive enough to that energy to create a spell, and place in onto a disolvable base that holds up to the liquid choosen(If one use force to hold it together,one must check the stability of the spell so it doesn't break.

After throwing the spell inscription into the liquid, the spell will have 1/2 the duration of the spell and addition duration can be added based on what type of ingredients are added along with the base liquid.
