Charley Eddison a loser for an unknown reason at her school suddenly comes home to a limo by her house and a stranger in it only to find out that she's the next mafia leader of the familial: Boucliers. But, that's not all she can do, when she touches people he's able to see their story. When she gets shot by a 'SpectralBullet' her mind reaches a state of unconsciousness and able to do whatever the task may be at hand.
