In a world where all humans are born magical, there is one zero, or Sape, Davie Kim. He goes through life with a highly bitter outlook, and he faces rejection with a glazed, beat-down attitude. However, when the opportunity arises for Davie to lie to get into the prestigious SHA program, he jumps, to become a superhero like his sister. He soon realizes that the world is more twisted that he thought, and that there are more problems in the world than his own, some in which threaten the fate of his world.
