The prophecy told of a hero that would rise up to depose the evil king. Instead of following rigorous training and devoting himself to the gods to fulfill the prophecy, our hero just walks into the palace and gets it over with. He finds that he is protected by fate and succeeds in everything he does, even though he solves all his problems by throwing people off cliffs. His subjects fear him and the gods have not taken kindly to his recklessness.
