You'd think that if you were going to send a guy to another world to defeat the big bad evil guy you'd make extra sure that all the paperwork for giving him reincarnation cheat powers was done correctly.  You'd also probably want to make sure that he wasn't immediately declared a criminal by the very kingdom you had placed him in.
