In a world where humanity has been pushed below the surface of the Earth to survive, cultivators are the only hope that humanity has to fight back and reclaim the world that they lost.  Frank is a slum rat, someone whose entire family has been forced to live underground for generations. His only hope of leaving the destiny that is laid of for him is to either Awaken a B-Rank or higher talent, or find a way to cultivate his way out of the slums.
