Dalia had at one point been a child lost to the woods. Now she has become the adopted daughter and princess to the royal family of the grandest kingdom in the country of Colonia. Being so young, the memories of survival and what came before had become repressed, but constantly, she has felt the call to her past life through sleepless nights filled with nightmares. Chosen to force away these harsh dreams with late night debauchery, and along with her sister, they have become quite the rebellious pair by spending these nights in the lower city taverns causing mischief and bringing insurmountable anger to the King. The fun of living without care ends abruptly when her home, the great city of Illania, is ravished by an unknown army and god-like monstrous flames that rain from the heavens. In the midst of the chaos, her sister is taken by the invading soldiers to the kingdom of an opposing tyrant ruler set on a vicious campaign to seize the country. Dalia must come to terms with her bygone ruthlessness and survival instincts to go against her adopted father’s orders against adventuring across the country to save her sister. Discovering that the deeper parts of Colonia offer her greater threats and secrets, Dalia must exploit the side of her that craves that danger and destruction more than anything else. Finding new friends and enemies with strange abilities along the way. Desperately she must push through the ever-changing land on her quest before it is too late.
