Synopsis
Slie was your average up-and-coming college student studying aerospace engineering while playing games and reading novels in his spare time. One day, fate turned against him and while he was sitting in his chair, the dormitory his room was in collapsed causing him to fall four stories to his death. But just before he died, he could feel something in him escape.
Slyi was your average up-and-coming mage, he was in his second year in the magic academy and was adventuring to earn some coins on the side. On what was supposed to be a normal goblin hunt, an ogre showed up and decimated his party. When he was lying on the ground, he felt his soul merge with another and transparent text appeared in front of him telling him, “Welcome to the Great Sage System” He couldn’t tell what else it was going to say, because was the last thing he saw before the club of the ogre came down one last time. But he felt himself and his other soul carry on.
Xye was your average up-and-coming martial artist, he got accepted into a good sect when he was 14 and at 19 he was becoming a part of the inner sect. Or he would be, if during the ceremony a great dragon attacked. The dragons road incapacitated most everyone, including Xye, and while he was lying on the floor, he felt something within him merge with two outside influences, and floating characters spelled out. “After reincarnating, welcome to the amazing cultivation system”. It was the last thing he saw other than the dragons fire breath coming at him, and just as he felt his body start to evaporate him he felt his inner being separate from his body.
Slye was a below average orphan, he didn’t get a great start in life and that’s why he’s been having to take on dangerous jobs being a porter for a slaying party before he even graduated school. Most of his classmates would bully him since he was an easy target and couldn’t fight back, since he was only level 3 and all his skills were focused on crafting. On a vicious day, the bullying went too far and Slye was left beaten with broken bones in a back alley, slowly bleeding out when he felt a deep part of himself he didn’t know existed get invaded by a mix of other forces that merged into him. His status notified him, but he couldn’t tell what it was before he passed out.
