An itinerant worker has a crisis of spirituality when he is killed by an airplane crashing into him in Seattle, Washington. Reincarnated in a new world, our hero Gato finds faith in the Divine Spirits of Nature, the controlling forces of this world, and the good(?) they do. In spite of the new dangers of living in something like a feudal-age Europe infused with magic, he found good friends and committed to growing stronger, all while becoming a better person. But on his 14th birthday, his vision is flooded with video game prompts, making Gato question... just what type of world was he really in?
