From myths and legends to novels and fan fictions, whether oral or written, stories have always been part of humanity. Stories, through imagination and belief, give power. But what if stories literally gave power to those who wield it? And what would happen if those who wield stories gather together in one place? Enas City is such a place where Rifts are aplenty and the Mist is extra thick. Thanks to the unnaturally thick Mist, things have been relatively peaceful since its inception, the mundane and the mystical rarely interacting if at all. Lately though, something seems to be brewing beneath the city’s peaceful façade. An unlikely group will be dragged into the swirling whirlpool of chaos as they straddle the line between becoming an unaware victim and the very avatar of their stories.   Hi there! This story is based on the City of Mist TTRPG system wherein ordinary people gain extraordinary abilities that reflects legends, myths, and stories they have within them. This would be more of a side project of mine so there won’t be regular updates I’m afraid. Still, I welcome all constructive criticisms to improve my writing abilities and hopefully make a story that can give power to you! Ciao!
