Synopsis
Magnesis - The ability to mark objects and people, and then control how attracted or repelled the marked objects/people are to each other and the user.
One thing distinguishes the world of 'Emblem' from our own...The titular Emblems. Magical abilities, unique entirely to the person who wields them, have altered the course of this world dramatically. Each Emblem is entirely unique to the user, no power appearing twice, and our main character TJ has been lucky enough to be born with the Emblem known as 'Magnesis'.
He's excited to use his powers and adapt to a new world of training and schooling as a part of the USEF (United States Emblem Forces), a position that ensures his family would be taken care of and gives him the chance to be a superhero! But the school is not a pristine and kind as TJ thinks it was, and it becomes a question of whether or not he'll even survive the courses in just a matter of days. Fortunately, his magnetic personality can get him at least one friend, but will he be able to survive until graduation? And even if he can...Is such a system of abuse for those with Emblems truly beneficial? Who are enemies and who are friends?
