Atlas is the Commander of the Elysian Army, and has unrivalled strength in a world ruled by it. Nicknamed ‘The Deity’, he is feared across the battlefield. However, as he lays upon his deathbed, he regrets the live that he has lived. Beneath the visage of a general is a child who did not live before he died. Reborn in a new world as a weak human, filled with new challenges and opportunities, he has the chance to write his wrongs. In doing so, he begins to uncover the truth, and finds out that perhaps what he fought for all his life was not what he believed it to be— and he finds out the truth of the world they live in.
