Synopsis
The Eldritch Thief will have daily updates, between once or twice per day depending on length, for the first 30 days. After the first full month, an official schedule will be announced.
When Saira turned twenty-one, she ran away from home to find refuge in the capital city. She survived off stolen goods, lucky gambles, and charm alone. One night, she stole from the wrong man. She was faced with a choice: an untimely death, or mercenary contracts.
Saira spent years planning her escape from the badlands in which she was raised. After two decades of withstanding abuse, magical torture, and cultish trials, she found a way out. With nothing but a bag of tattered clothes and her wits, she schmoozed her way to the capital city, Petria, where she had to learn the way of thieves.
She was clumsy, but she was smart. Careless, but charming. She earned a wage with the stolen coin of Petria’s wealthiest aristocrats. And luckily for her, Alistair valued her silver tongue and quick fingers.
But Alistair’s mercy comes at a cost. With the turn of the century comes the tide of monsters, omens, and curses so volatile that it could be the end of the natural world. Saira had escaped the cult of magic once, but she would not be free of it long.
Saira must sharpen her skills and master the magic that had once ruined her.
She cannot do it alone.
Because without all four keys, their doom was imminent.
It started with thieves.
It ended with a sacrifice.
The Eldritch must survive—no matter the cost.
The Eldritch Thief is a progression fantasy jampacked with action, perfect for lovers of Baldur's Gate III, Mark of the Fool, and the Thief video game series.
