This story follows the development between a female villain and a male anti-hero. It occurs in a modern setting where some individuals have super powers. These powers are obtained only by some; either at birth or at random. Those who obtain powers at random usually get them through tragic or life threatening events. Many get mundane abilities and choose to still follow a normal life, while others chose to rise up against those who decided to use their abilities for ill gain. The female villain, known by most simply as Echo, has logic defying abilities . She breaks the laws of nature itself and has a cloud of unknown surrounding her. This story starts as our male anti-hero goes to confront her after she killed normal people and heroes alike during a visit to the city he lives in. The first encounter goes nowhere near how he expected or prepared for. Neither does their encounters thereafter.
