In an urban fantasy world, with magical creatures that live a daily life not different from ours, Bailey, a thirty-year-old Halfling girl, is dissatisfied with her current standard of living and would like to be able to focus her life on her passion for exploring Dungeons, once mystical and dangerous places, now considered curious environments and objects of interest for bloggers and creators. By chance, visiting a site where people are sought for exploration groups, she comes across an ad that is different from the others: someone is looking for a photographer's assistant. Intrigued, Bailey accepts the offer and that's how she meets Zirko, a troll who works as a naturalist photographer of fantastic animals. Following this meeting, Bailey will learn about a job unknown to her until then and goes beyond simply taking a photo of an animal.
