Paul took his helmet off and stretched just to hear his joints pop in place. “This game has a feedback allowing to help the body to not go into atrophy… but it is just like that.” He said as he looked at his thin body and thinking how it was weird to move while his in game body was strong enough to break some trees using his fists and feet.
“I need to place some meat in this stupid thin body of mine…” Paul said as he smiled wryly at the thought. “I know I don’t like doing it… but even the game’s AI said that it would help ingame, so I might go and try going to gym… at least a few times a week.” He said just to stand up and take a change of clothes so he could go to the gym with his sister, who already go to one for more than three years.
“I’m going to go to the gym with you starting today.” Paul announced at his sister’s bedroom door.
“What did make you change your mind?” She asked him as she opened the door. “You said you didn't like that place.” She continued looking at his thin brother’s body.
“Nothing, really. Is that since I quit swimming my body started to grow dull, just want to do some activity.” Paul said while shrugging, but he didn't reveal that it was mostly because he felt a bit too weak after he took the helmet off.
“Then tell mom, she will be happy.” His sister said as she walked back to her bedroom and Paul smiled before he quickly walked to talk with his mother and she was quite happy to see that he was actually going to go out to do something that was classified as healthy.

Kai woke up but he couldn't move because one person was sleeping with her head on his thighs.
“It is morning already.” He said as he moved his hand to shake Nora’s head.
“G-Good morning Kai.” She said as she quickly sat up while rubbing her eyes.
“I'll be heading out for a while. Don't let any of the others go out and hide inside the carriage, a small tremor might happen.” Kai said as he called for 10 of his minions to follow him.
He was bringing 5 wolves and one male Kobold from each race with him to a place he had already walked twice to Terra’s dungeon, it was time for him go and form a party with her.
“You're late!” He heard once he was a few meters away from the entrance. “You were supposed to come here yesterday!” A doll wearing a dress that looked like it was made of gears said.
“Nothing I could do.” Kai said and watched as the doll had her mouth open while she looked at him. “Are you liking what you see?” He asked with a smile on his face.
“I'm just surprised that you are less scary than I had thought.” The doll said as she looked at the Kobold Kai had turned into.
“You're just confused, anyway. I, Kai, ask you to join the party I'm creating.” Kai announced not minding the gaze that Terra was giving him.
“Ah yes, I, Terra, accept you party invitation.” Terra said and a window appeared before Kai. It was announcing that Kai was the leader and that Terra was on second place making him a lot more happy than he had thought it would be.
The ground shook for a bit and Terra’s minions ran outside while they held small weapons and tools on their hand.
“Oho… it looks like I did make a good choice.” Kai said as he smiled at the doll, who smiled wryly at his words.
Soon the ground stopped shaking and the dolls walked back inside just to turn to the left and walk in that direction, leaving the right opening free.
“It looks like that our entrances are connected, there is no need for me to escort you to my dungeon.” Kai said after he entered the common room and walked outside. “We can choose where we want to go out, I'll be back inside my dungeon and later I'll call you so you can start gaining some more DP.” Kai said and all his minions, who were waiting outside entered the dungeon just to walk to the right passage together with Kai.
‘We’re lucky that this our dungeons don't actually merge, it would be a pain to see what changes each other made.’ Kai though as he talked with the four humans to calm them down.

Three days after the party had been formed Kai stared at the rapid growth Terra had.
She learned how to effectively hunt and command her minions, who lacked speed but having skill with their hands to create traps and weapons that worked on their prey, and she received half of the points Kai received to have humans in his dungeon.
“How can I increase the mobility of my minions…?” Kai heard Terra says as he walked towards his dungeon entrance. “It would be great to have mounts like Kai's Wolves but as soon as I asked him he refused…” She murmured as she thought.
“Are your minions bounded to always be in human form?” Kai asked as the thinking doll.
“… Now that you say it… I never saw them appearing in any other ways…” She said looking at Kai with glowing eyes. “Can I see how it is to ride a wolf?” Terra asked.
“No, but you can go and ride a horse, the feeling is probably the same.” Kai said as he denied the doll’s idea. “You can study it if you want to, just don't kill the animals, I need them for something else.” He said leaving the somewhat depressed doll behind.
“Master Kai, I have prepared a place for you to sleep.” The sacrificed woman said as he entered the room that had the carriage. “I’m sorry it took a while to prepare it… but there was no other way than use the furs of the hunted rabbits and the leather of the small lizards… I’m sorry that I had to use such weak things for your bedding.” She said with a bow.
“It is more than enough. The ground was good enough for me.” Kai answered but he was happy on his mind.
“I can’t have Master Kai sleeping on the ground…” Nora said as she shook her head. “What would we do if your fur was to get dirty?” She added with a frown.
“I see…” He answered just to see 10 dolls running inside his dungeon, they had some sort of leaves and stones on their hand. “Don’t disturb the dolls or me as we work.” Kai added as he moved deeper inside his dungeon, towards the bigger room where many Wolves and Kobolds rested.
They had opened three corridors that ended on a dead end and Kai nodded as he walked at the center of the room.
‘With these I can make three more rooms… and I think that the kids are almost healed enough to be sent back.’ He thought as he walked towards one of the corridors and created a new room, this one being smaller than the one he was now by making it be 10 x 10 meters before repeating the process at the other two corridors and ending with 9 rooms.
“Connect the rooms by digging them towards the others.” Kai said as he gestured to the left and right rooms but he soon stopped as a window appeared before him.
Animals had entered your dungeon and are moving around.
They started to look around trying to find a place to live.
[Do not attack any of the creatures that entered the dungeon!] Kai suddenly shouted at Terra.
[Are you sure? They could give us good DP.] She answered. [Well, you’re not in need of these but I do need it.] She continued saying.
[Nothing I can do about it, just don’t attack… yet, I want to see what are these and it is the first time it happened to me.] Kai said as he fell on all fours and started running like a wolf.
[Then I’ll be leaving my minions around, if you need help, just ask.] Terra said but Kai didn’t answer, he wanted to see what would causes animals to enter a dungeon, and if it was some that he could tame or subjugate them to follow him.

Nora was happy to be of any use for the one she was sacrificed to, even though she was waiting to be killed, it never happened and she felt that she had to do something inside the cave because she always saw Laura and Nathan walking around and giving food to two horses that were at one of the rooms at the right side, and the Adventurer Dawn would teach magic to Kai.
“I have finally done something, with these Master Kai will be able to sleep even better.” She said as she placed another furry carpet over the one that was already lying on the ground.
It was then that she saw it, the black and white beast running in all fours passed through her and stopped at the weird opening that had appeared three days ago.
“Oh, it looks like I got some really nice catch here.” She heard Kai saying as a smile appeared on his face before he walked towards the room, which she never walked to, she was a bit afraid to see what was at the other side, even though the strange talking doll, which named herself Terra, said it was a room that connected to her own cave, Nora wasn’t confident enough that she could go there without angering the wolf, only the kids walked back and forth while bringing each their own wolf, which surprisingly, were like two big dogs.
Laura’s wolf had a silver coat all over its body, it looked shiny and the girl would always brush its fur before she went to bed, while her brother’s had a brown Kobold following him. It was rather small, it was the same height as the boy but it was strong and would always be there to help the kid when it needed.
“Master Kai sure gave the kids some great presents.” Nora said as she looked at the kids playing with their monsters.
“So, what is happening?” Dawn said as she walked out of the carriage. “I saw him running and talking about something.” She said gesturing to the entrance as well.
“I don’t know either, he just came and said that it was a ‘nice catch’.” Nora answered thinking that Kai had found some prey that he would soon bring for them to eat, which he did everyday despite saying that it was worthless to feed them but once they thanked him he would only nod while murmuring that they should learn how to hunt on their own before he walked away. “And you… what are you doing here? Wasn’t you going to write some letters?” She asked the adventurer.
“I was going to… but I discovered that every single word I put on paper sounds like an excuse.” Dawn said as she left her shoulders fall. “And I don’t even know if he will let me give these to the children so they can send it for me.” She added after some time.
“Master Kai would probably allow you to send it… didn’t he said that you were allowed to walk around this cave?” Nora said as she sat on the ground waiting.
“He did say it… but today he said I shouldn’t go walking around until he said I could… he is probably doing something-” She started but stopped as the black and white Kobold walked in with two furry things on his hands.
“I got a nice catch today… but these little bastards are pretty fast on their own.” He said as he lifted both red creatures, which Nora identified as foxes. “Now now… two males… that wasn’t something I wanted.” He said dropping the animals on the ground, where they stayed.
“Master… aren’t they still alive?” Nora asked as she watched the two animals.
“They are, I just caught them and from now on they will be part of my subordinates.” Kai answered with a smile. “Though I wanted a couple, these can bring me one.” He added as he crossed his arms before his body.
“You’re saying that, not only wolves, but you can have foxes as well?” Dawn asked.
“Who do you think I am? I am the Great King of this Dungeon, Kai, and I can’t only control wolves, but all dog creatures are under my control, after I beat some sense in their head.” Kai said looking at the adventurer, who looked as if she had never seen such an act. “I am not bound to one creature type, do you think I would only be this weak?” He asked but the two didn’t dare to answer.
‘If this is weak… I don’t want to think what is strong then.’ Nora thought as she watched Kai make the two foxes stand up before growling them some orders and they soon darted out.
“With these, they will secure some income.” Kai said as he walked towards the furry bed Nora had made. “I’ll be sleeping for sometime, just wake me up if there is something you need me.” He said before he fell asleep.
“As fast as ever.” Dawn suddenly said and Nora could only nod her head. “I swear that if I wasn’t always being watched by those two 2 meters tall Dire Wolves I would have tried to cut his throat open…” She murmured just for Nora to look at her with round eyes.
“You can’t! Don’t you think he would come back to kill you later?” The young woman asked the adventurer.
“Calm down… I just said I thought I will never be able to do it… not without my magic items that he, somehow made disappear.” Dawn said as she walked back inside the carriage. “I’ll be making some potions for the kids… they gave me some herbs some hours ago.” She said as the cloth door was closed.
“Okay…” Nora said as she slowly made her way towards the sleeping Kai just to sit with her back resting against the warm and fluffy fur of the wolf. ‘This is the best… this fluffiness is so good… I wished Master would allow me to brush him…’ She thought as she too started to feel good and sleepy.

Paul took his helmet off before he stretched. ‘Man… this game sure is good.’ He thought as he took a change of clothes and walked towards the bathroom to take a shower and exchange from his sweaty clothes.
He took his bath and walked back to his room, to use the somewhat forgotten computer, that was now only used for him to read some stories or to chat with his friends, but today he was using it to look at the game’s forum to see if he would get some data about the animals he could get to his dungeon.
“Nothing here…” Paul murmured as he read each topic but one called his attention. [I, the great Dungeon Dueler, lost my first PvP ever.] Was the name and he started to feel that it was all about him.
He opened it and choked with his own saliva as he saw the picture of the Bunny Boss and of his own, Kai once he entered the room the boss was waiting for him.
[This was the Boss I lost to. He was strong! Even with the help of my minions I could only hinder him a bit, though he had to struggle to win against me he won at the end while he sustained some damage.] The bunny had written and Paul started to feel as if he would soon start to be challenged to some duels.
He continued to read and saw that many people were asking how strong the wolf boss, Kai, was but the bunny never said it and he would just say that he had probably grown even stronger now.
‘You’re not wrong… since I defeated you I got to get a few more things inside my dungeon, but I still lack metals…’ Paul thought as he closed the talk while feeling really weird about being seen as strong, he was proud but at the same time he felt it was only because he had used his howl to weaken the minions. ‘If I hadn’t bought that skill… I would probably be the one defeated now.’ He said in his mind as he remembered the time the humans invaded his dungeon just to nod because that was the only skill he had at that time and it was the skill he felt it was the best for him.
“Now… where can I get some metals?” He said as he continued to move around the forums looking to see if anyone knew where metal would start appearing in dungeon, but nothing could be found around the forum and Paul closed the window just to go surf around the internet but there was nothing new to read.
Not having many things to do Paul chatted with his friends for some time before he logged in once more to see what was happening in his dungeon.

Kai woke up and sighed as he saw that Nora was sleeping while she rest her back on his.
“Wake up.” Kai said shaking the woman up. “I have already said to not use my back as your pillow, the next time I see you here I’ll make you regret it.” He said as the woman stood up.
“I-I understand Master… I’ll not sleeping on your back anymore.” She said with a bow.
“Good.” Kai said with a nod. “I’ll talk with the kids, go gather them for me.” He said to the village woman, who excused herself as she walked to the carriage, then walked towards another room.
“You’re always hard with her.” Kai heard a voice and when he looked at his side he saw Terra petting his furry leg. “And your fur sure is nice… I would love to have some for myself.” She said with a smiling face.
“You, go back to your dungeon before I break this party.” Kai said as he stood up. “I have things to do and you’re in my way.” He said as he walked towards the carriage just to sit besides it.
It didn’t take long and the kids arrived while being followed by their companions.
“Mister Wolf, what did you wanted to talk with us?” The girl asked as she sat before him.
“I’m thinking your brother has recovered enough to be able to go home without having any difficulty.” As soon as he said that the two smiley kids looked at each with surprised face.
“You recovered enough to have a normal life.” A voice came from the carriage and from the entrance the female adventurer walked out. “You might need to train your mana everyday so you don’t fall sick, but how you’re now, I think you can have a normal life.” She added as she placed a small pot before the boy.
Kai felt the smell and frowned because it stunk but he knew it was what the woman called potion and it was a better drink than the tea the boy drunk until now.
“This stinks.” He said as he tried to take some distance, but was held in place by the Earthen Kobold that was behind him.
“Little master… drink…” The Kobold said looking at the boy’s eyes. “Good for… health…” It continued saying not allowing the boy to move from the place it was.
“Drink it, boy.” Kai said but the boy didn’t move to take the bowl. “Or do you want me to make you drink it?” He said with a smile.
“I’ll drink it!” The boy quickly said as he remembered the first time Kai force fed him the potion, he choked with half of it and coughed for quite some time after it.
Nathan drunk it while his sister, Laura, looked down at Kai.
“Mister Wolf… we need to go?” She asked with upturned eyes.
“Yes. It is time. I have already healed your brother, as I said I would do.” Kai said not giving to the girl’s voice and eyes. “Now go, you can use the two horses to go back to your house, your parents are waiting.” He added as he stood up. “If they’re not out when I return, they are to be chased away and I promise it will not end well.” Kai finally said as he gestured to the female adventurer just for him to walk towards the entrance. He was going to do some experiment on his own and was only bringing ten wolves with him.
“Mister Wolf, wait!” Laura said but was interrupted by the female adventurer who stopped her.
“It is time…” She said and Kai finally walked outside. He felt that the afternoon sky was still bright and that it would be okay for him to be a bit more wild now.

Crawling on the ground, a small red lizard watched a strange black and white wolf, which walked in its two back legs. It had the same gem that it had on its head.
‘No way… he already got a humanoid form?’ The lizards thought as it quickly dived back into the darkness. ‘I have to say this to the others.’ It thought as it quickly walked away just in time.
“Who is there!” The wolf suddenly howled jumping at the lizard’s hiding spot… or where it was before. “Nothing…” The wolf said before it started walking away.
‘SCARY!’ The lizard thought as it didn’t try to move from its hideout under a bush. ‘Earthbunny won’t be pleased to know that it had grown this strong.’ It said in its mind before it slowly crawled away from its hiding spot.
