In the weird, wild west, Loyd is in charge of the area known as Las Vegas just before the construction of what is eventually known as the hoover dam nearby in Boulder city. His clientele could be described as...hungry. His agenda cannot be considered purely altruistic. (Author's note: This was a submission that ended up going over on a word count because I was having too much fun with it.
