Synopsis

For centuries the inheritance realm stood unclaimed, countless fools braced its dangerous trial to claim the treasures within. That is, until Lu Te-Nang enter it.
Left behind by his parent in the care of his uncle, the young Lu Te-Nang has trained in the art of dream-walking from his uncle from a young age. With his mind developed from the long hours of training in the time-accelerated dream, the boy has learned all the applications of the magical arts, whether the socially accepted use for exorcism or the outright illegal use for information extraction and idea impartation.
He was a child prodigy at dream-walking, named as his uncle's successor as the old man joined a dangerous expedition to claim the treasures of the inheritance realm.
He had his future secured already, not to mention that as a child of cultivator parents, he also had a long life ahead of him.
Yet when he got news of his parents being trapped inside the inheritance realm, the young boy chose to discard it all, braving the danger of the inheritance realm.
Now that Te-Nang has claimed the inheritance. Had he been successful at rescuing his parents, or had the machination of the trial forced the young boy to leave everyone behind, with the only way to escape the realm by claiming the inheritance as his own?
Reliving all the trials and tribulations inside of the realm, the young boy began to tell the investigator from the sect his story. Of what happened inside of it. And how he beat the trial to claim the inheritance as his own.
