Allen and his mother are struggling to pay the bills. He knows that there are ways to earn real cash playing video games, but his mom just sees the gaming as a total waste of time. When Allen learns that a new VR game is coming out, and that someone is offering salaried positions to experienced gamers, he believes this could be his chance to finally do what he loves. This is a test release. I haven’t written much of this story and it’s my first attempt at any form of GameLit so I thought I’d release just a couple of chapters and see how people like it.
