The Dragonsong War is over. And Coerthas’s broken land, while still quite frozen over, is beginning to heal. And with a new era comes a unique opportunity for lower-class, outskirt citizens like Aoife Finnagh. In partnership with the Adventurer’s Guild of Eorzea, Ishgard founded an academy at Camp Dragonhead to train its citizens to be proper men and women of the world. All citizens of Coerthas, regardless of social status or bloodline, are offered a chance to attend. Those who graduate are recognized as official knights-errant—granting them the option to serve in Ishgard’s military, or to be licensed adventurers recognized by the Adventurer’s Guild. Aoife seizes this chance to become a squire and grow into a proper knight-errant. In a safe place like Camp Dragonhead, with such a formal curriculum, with nobility and commoners coming together, there’s absolutely nothing that can go wrong… right?
